HSIP starts running. No installation wizard, no "next next finish." If Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen, click More info → Run anyway.
Type localhost:7474 in your browser address bar and press Enter. Everything is right there, no separate app, no learning curve. Pin it to your browser or bookmark it so you can get back to it easily.

Pick Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) or Intel depending on your Mac. Not sure? Click the Apple menu → About This Mac.
Open Terminal, type chmod +x ~/Downloads/hsip-macos-arm64 && ~/Downloads/hsip-macos-arm64 and press Enter.
Type localhost:7474 in your browser address bar and press Enter. Keep that Terminal window open (or minimized) to keep HSIP running.

localhost:7474 means your own computer, not the internet. Your browser is just the window. Nothing leaves your machine.localhost:7474 to load. Double-click hsip-windows-x64.exe again to start it (clicking "More info → Run anyway" on the SmartScreen prompt if it appears), then go to localhost:7474 in your browser.
